COUNTER OPERATION DURING MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (MCO) PERIOD
Dear valued customers,
Following the government’s announcement to reopen all economic sectors as well as public sector in a controlled and careful approach during the Movement Control Order (MCO) beginning 4th May 2020, MDA counter service will be operating in a limited capacity starting from 5th May 2020 (Tuesday). Our operating hours (for counter service) during the MCO period is from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and will remain until further notice.
In an effort to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, MDA urge customers to adhere to the Standard of Procedure (SOP) that was put in place for your transaction at our counter. Please be informed that wearing a face mask is encouraged.
Our counter service will be on first come first serve basis and only a limited number of customers will be allowed to enter at once. Further details on the services that are available at our counters during the MCO period are as follows:

Certificate/ Letter Collection:

The original certificate/ letter can be collected starting from 5th May 2020 at our counter, Level 6. Please bring the ‘ready for collection’ email when you come to collect your respective certificate/ letter. Failure to do so may cause a delay during collection process. As an alternative, establishment may use the registration number and the certificate draft for business purpose. The certificate can be viewed/printed on [email protected] during the MCO period. |

Bank Draft Submission |
You are encourage to pay using our online payment feature/ fpx that can be done as usual using MeDC@St system. However, bank draft can also be submitted at our counter,Level 6 starting from 5th May 2020. |
