ANNOUNCEMENT TRANSITION TO FULLY ONLINE PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION APPLICATION PROCESS

The Medical Device Authority (MDA) is excited to announce that starting 1st May 2025, the application process for product classification will be conducted entirely online through Google Forms. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency, streamline submissions, and improve the overall experience for applicants.

  • Online Submission: All applications for product classification must be submitted via the designated Google Form starting 1st May 2025. This will ensure a more organized and accessible process.
  • Email Notifications: Upon approval, the official product classification letter will be sent directly to the email address provided in the application form. Please note that hard copies will no longer be mailed out.

We encourage all applicants to prepare for this transition and familiarize themselves with the new online submission process. Further information and instructions will be provided closer to the implementation date.
