In line with the MCO imposed by Government due to Covid-19 outbreak, MDA office will be temporarily closed to our customers/visitors starting from 18 March 2020 until further notice. In view of that, we have made slight adjustments to our operations.
All the online applications via [email protected] system will be operational as usual, whereas other applications may be made via e-mail. For payment and collection of certificate/letter, kindly follow the following arrangements:

2.Payment using bank draft can be submitted every Monday between 9.00am – 1.00pm at our counter, Ground Level

Special access letter will be sent via email.

Medical Device Registration

1. Payment using bank draft can be submitted every Monday between 9.00am – 1.00pm at our counter, Ground Level


2. Online payment can be done as usual using online transfer/fpx in MeDC@St system.

The original registration/license certificate can only be collected starting from the date that will be announced later.

(Establishment may use the registration number and the certificate draft may be viewed/printed in [email protected])

Certificate of Free Sales (CFS)

Payment using bank draft can be submitted every Monday between 9.00am – 1.00pm at our counter, Ground Level

6 Consultation & Permission To Travel

1. MDA provides free consultation during MCO period

2. Request for permission to travel during MCO

Consultation & request for permission to travel will be done via email. Kindly send your enquiries/requests to [email protected] .
