We wish to inform you that starting from 23 June 2025, MedC@St 2.0+ now supports a new login feature via MyDigital ID. This initiative is introduced as an added security measure to enhance user access protection and reduce the risk of identity fraud or account compromise.

MyDigital ID is the official digital identity authentication system developed by the Government of Malaysia, offers a more secure form of authentication through two-factor verification and validation against official government records. This enhancement provides

users with a safer and more seamless way to access the system, in accordance with current national digital security standards.

As part of this digital transformation effort, MDA has developed a Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism that enables users to sign in once to access multiple systems under MDA. This feature is currently available in MedC@St 2.0+ only but will be gradually extended to other related platforms in the future.

To support this implementation, all users are required to update their profile information by providing their National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) number (for Malaysian citizens) or passport number (for non-citizens). Although MyDigital ID is only available to Malaysians, this information is necessary to ensure accurate user identification and to facilitate future authentication improvements.

At this stage, logging in via MyDigital ID remains optional; users can continue to access the system using their username, password, and OTP. Nevertheless, the use of MyDigital ID is strongly encouraged for enhanced security and convenience.

For detailed instructions on how to use this feature, please refer to the user manual as attached or through this link.

Your cooperation and support are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
